AMIT-GW1101 Electric Wet grinder

How to use a electric wet grinder

1.Choose the electric wet grinder that is best suited to your project. Electric grinders are more
powerful and are best for large jobs that cover a lot of surface area. Pneumatic grinders
are less powerful, but easier to maneuver and are best for smaller jobs in tighter fitting
spaces.

2.Choose the proper discs. Sanding discs and polishing pads are used for finishing work,
while grinding discs are used for cutting tile, steel or pipe and wire brush wheels to
remove rust or paint.

3.Carefully read all the instructions and guidelines of electric wet grinder, being sure you understand any
recommendations from the manufacturer, before using your electric wet grinder.

4.Clamp your work firmly to a stable surface and make sure that the guard is properly
secured.

5.Hold the electric wet grinder with a firm grip and against the bulk or body of your work

rather than on the edge of it.

6.Move the electric wet grinder across the bulk or body of your work in the direction

of the handle to avoid the grinder kicking back and the disc slipping, which may ruin your work

and cause injury.

Advantages of electric wet grinder

Abrasives for electric wet grinder are significantly less expensive than other grinding options.
They are easy and quick to change when working on large items such as auto bodies or ship
sections, where a mounted grinding system would not be practical.

Notes of electric wet grinder

1.Don't use a electric wet grinder if you are tired. Tiredness can result in poor concentration and the
possibility of an accident and personal injury.

2.Don't cut in the span between the two supports because the cut may close up as you cut
through, potentiality causing the disk to bind.

3.Hold the machine firmly with two hands, one on the body and trigger, the other hand on the
side handle.

4.Keep your two hands on the electric wet grinder at all times and hold it firmly

until you release the trigger and the disk comes to a stop. If you use the grinder single handed,

you risk loosing control of it.
